Building a
Winning Team
Listening to a World Cup champion gives companies the opportunity to understand how the Spanish National Team achieved its golden era.
Joan, one of the three who played every minute in South Africa, demonstrates that the key wasn’t just the game itself, but the team’s cohesion in the face of adversity.
This conference is designed to examine how to build a winning team.
Joan, teaming up with Álvaro Merino, our expert in business and sports leadership, will share not only the keys to Spain’s World Cup success but also how to apply them to the realities of business organizations.
