One of the first laws of sports tells us that there are no shortcuts and that we are the result of systematic and conscious training. This is the DNA of 3’59.
For over 15 years, I have worked with athletes, coaches, and corporate executives to help them express their own talent and that of their teams in highly complex environments. In a time of exponential transformation, where the future feels like yesterday, the human factor is key to navigating such an unknown and complex context.
I deliver conferences and workshops in over 15 countries for business and sports organizations that prioritize people as a driver of transformation.

Passionate about communication, I have developed my professional career in advertising agencies and client-side roles, designing and coordinating campaigns in both national and multinational environments.
As Director of Projects and Communication at 3’59, I manage direct client relationships through the proposal, design, and organization cycle, as well as the company’s Corporate Communication strategy.
For me, 3’59 is the meeting point of inspiration and continuous learning, where the human factor is the cornerstone of our philosophy.

High performance is not exclusive to sports, and to foster it, at 3’59 we lead training and development solutions using innovative methodologies to turn ideas into concrete actions. For over 10 years, I have delivered training and conferences across all five continents. 3’59 is the context where organizations and individuals come to transform into better versions of themselves.
This drives me to challenge professionals in the business and sports worlds, as well as entrepreneurs, to enhance their talent and that of their teams. Every 3’59 project incorporates a social commitment, which we share with our clients.

Alex Roca is a 30-year-old athlete known for extreme sports challenges, such as completing the Titan Desert, the toughest MTB race in the world.

Day by day, he pursues his dreams and shows us all that if you want it, you can achieve it.
He delivers conferences to share his remarkable story and to show how sports instill values and, above all, provide powerful lessons.

I have lived for and through elite football for more than half of my life, playing in clubs across Europe and Asia with the best players in the world. This has given me a holistic perspective on high performance, discipline, team cohesion in achieving goals, and learning from the best leaders and international coaches.
Today, in an effort to continue growing and learning as I did at each club I played for, I have incorporated communication into my successful sports background, transferring my experiences to the corporate world and training.

After more than 130 events using real-time visual thinking, my mission is to present organizational processes and scenarios in a synthetic and visual way so that, from this overview, decisions can be made internally.
At 3’59, this vision becomes more human-centered and focused on transforming people and the organization itself.
