Alex Roca is not an ordinary athlete. Alex is not an ordinary person. Alex represents the insatiable desire to improve, to challenge our own limits, and always do so alongside those who make us better. His motto, “The limit is set by you,” is an invitation to maintain the hunger for improvement and face life’s circumstances with a positive attitude and intelligent preparation.
Alex speaks through his hands, and Carme gives voice to his message. Together with the 3’59 team, they invite us to question our limits as individuals, teams, and organizations.
Building a Winning Team
Learning from a World Cup champion and understanding the keys to the Spanish National Team’s success during its most glorious period is a unique opportunity for organizations. Joan Capdevila was one of only three players who played every minute of that South Africa World Cup.
However, the most important part of that success did not happen on the field but in the way that team built cohesive bonds to learn how to face difficulties and become one of the best teams in the history of our sport.
